The Governor has eliminated the Neighborhood Opportunities Program (NOP) from the state budget. NOP is RI’s most critical program for ending homelessness and developing affordable housing for low-income families. Take Action

We hereby recognize each individual and family’s right to: stable, safe, and affordable housing, quality medical and mental health care, food, clothing, education and sustaining income and/or employment.
