Running ART Reports for Program Managers

A training for all Program Managers that helps them understand how to monitor their programs.

Family Services Group Training

A training for family services staff that requested very specific topics in regards to utilizing HMIS properly for families.

​This training was specifically requested and is focused on the maintenance of households as well as the basics of doing interim updates/annual assessments, uploading documentation and using the Housing Document Checklist. Below are the materials from this training.

Chronic Homelessness in HMIS

Training for all on HUD's Chronic Homelessness Definition that became effective April of 2016.

RI-HMIS Policies and Procedures and Security Training 

Training on the updated RI-HMIS Polices and Procedures manual as well as the proper security measures for HMIS. Each agency must identify an HMIS Administrator and an HMIS Security Officer that reports to the HMIS Lead, the Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless.
