Strategic Plan

(FY 2019-2022)

The Coalition’s 2019-2022 Strategic Planning Process began in November 2018 using an inclusive approach that sought multiple perspectives to guide the Coalition’s work over the coming three years. This process included: the creation of an ad hoc strategic planning committee comprised of the Executive Director and Board members; interviews with 14 key informants;  community input sessions held in East Greenwich and Providence involving over 30 participants from partner and member organizations; input from persons with lived experience of homelessness, and a planning retreat that included both Coalition staff and board members.  

Below is a summary that shares the highlights of the plan developed as part of this process.
